Bethany Brown - Business Administrator

No Name Travel is a family business, my mum is one of the directors alongside her best friend Andrew and so it was an easy decision for me to come and work here with them. I do already have a full time job which I trained hard for, and really enjoy, as a senior stylist at a hair salon in Cockermouth but on my days off I also work at No Name Travel as a passenger assistant and business administrator.

I am an experienced passenger assistant as I also worked for the previous operator that my mum was the manager of, I have worked with children with a range of complex needs and find this job to be extremely rewarding. Between school runs I also work in the office at No Name Travel and I'm currently training in the accounts side of the business along with any administration which needs done. I have enjoyed watching the business grow from a start up idea to the more developed stage it is at now, each time that we add more vehicles to the fleet or take on more new employees and give amazing opportunities to people it makes me extremely proud of how far we have already come in such a short space of time.

I am currently pregnant and after the end of the summer school term I will be going onto maternity leave but I am looking forward to returning back to work in the spring/summer of 2024 and seeing how much the business has grown.
