Beccy Bell - Business Administrator

I started working for No Name Travel in April. I’m relatively new to the transport industry and I’m enjoying learning lots of new things in a friendly, relaxed environment.

I’ve had previous office experience and have worked on busy reception desks in the Hotel and Spa industry. Where I received a City & Guilds NVQ level 3 in customer service and worked my way up to the general manager of a local Health Spa and Resort. I’ve always enjoyed being front of house and providing the best service possible.

I’m looking forward to my future at No Name Travel and being a part of a company that prides itself on looking after its customers and employees and investing in the local community.
