1. How long in advance can I book?

If you have an important event or airport transfer we would reccomend booking as far in advance as you can? However if we have the availability we will also take bookings at short notice.

2. Is a deposit required when booking?

Yes, if you are booking any kind of private hire there is a £50 deposit required within 7 days of booking. The only exception to this is if you have an account with us and we will invoice you on the terms we have agreed - either after the journey or at the end of the month.

3. When is the final balance due?

We require the final balance 14 days before the date of transport - failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled.

4. Can I pay by card?

Unfortunately at the moment we can only accept cash, cheques or bank transfers - please contact us for banking information.

5. Is food and drink allowed on transport?

No food or drinks are to be consumed in our vehicles. However, if you would like to make a refreshment stop please let our driver know and we would be happy to accomodate you.

6. Can I bring my dog?

The only animals allowed in our vehicles are service dogs, no other animals will be permitted to travel.

7. Do you operate 24 hours?

Yes - if we have the availability we will accept airport runs etc even if these are through the night.

8. What are your opening hours?

Our office is manned Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

9. Do you have an emergency contact number?

Yes - if you urgently require out of hours support we have a 24 hours emergency contact number which will be provided on booking.

10. Are you a taxi operator?

Whilst we do have some hackney plated vehicles which you may occasionally see on taxi ranks, we are primarily a private hire and contract operator and do not provide an out of hours taxi service or phoneline after the office is closed.
